How long do Venus et Fleur Eternity® Flowers last?
Our real roses are treated with a proprietary solution and color pigmentation process that allows them to maintain their natural beauty and freshness for a year or more with proper care.
Do I need to water my flowers?
No, you should never water your Eternity® Flowers. Water will actually damage the preservation process and cause the petals to lose their texture and color.
Can I customize my arrangement?
Yes, we offer a 'Design Your Own' feature where you can select the box style, material, and specific rose colors to create a unique pattern or letter design.
What are your shipping and delivery options?
We offer nationwide shipping within the US and international shipping to select countries. For certain metropolitan areas like New York and Los Angeles, we also offer hand-delivery services.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Because our floral arrangements are made-to-order and highly perishable in nature, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
How should I care for my arrangement?
Keep your roses in a room-temperature environment, away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Do not place anything on top of the roses and do not remove them from their box.
