Due to the perishable and customized nature of our Eternity® Flowers, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We are committed to your satisfaction and will provide a replacement if your arrangement arrives damaged or defective.
Return Process
- 1.Inspection
Thoroughly inspect your arrangement upon delivery to ensure it meets our luxury standards and arrived safely.
- 2.Documentation
If you receive a damaged item, take clear photos of the arrangement and the shipping box from multiple angles within 48 hours.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the documentation of the damage.
- 4.Resolution
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, will coordinate a white-glove replacement of your floral arrangement at no additional cost.
